Payment integration step by step

Fill out the Merchant Application Form.

Our AML experts verify your website.

Once your business is accepted, we send a contract for you to sign.

We receive the signed contract from you, enable the store so that you can start integrating our Payment API on the verified website.

After the integration has been completed, you can start accepting online payments immediately.

At any stage of the integration process you may create a sandbox merchant account for testing purposes at www.test.pay.g2a.com. Request the store activation from your Account Manager or our Business Support.

Two step verification

Verifying your G2A PAY merchant account helps make G2A PAY more secure, since safety is our priority. There are two verification steps at G2A PAY. The first one takes place during integration and the second one is after you reach the €900  in transactions processed at your store. For the needs of the second verification, we will ask you to provide a little more information about your business to validate the information you had previously provided (like incorporation documents and proof of identity). We will also check whether your website meets the required customer protection regulations and industry standards. Once all the requested information and documentation has been checked, we can lift your limits as a merchant and allow you to withdraw more money.
